rket as the hotel was 12 kms away from town and we had to go there. Houseboat in Allepy was of average quality. Although the houseboat staff was very polite and helpful we didn't felt that bad. Hotel in Kovalam was pathetic. The room which we got initially when we reached was very bad and smelly the linen and towels were very dirty and bathroom was in very bad condition. Our entire time for that day after check in got spoiled in bad mood. We called Sandeep from wondersky and explained the situation about room then he asked for images on whatsapp as proofs and had to ask him to change the room and all. Then he upgraded our room to a good room. The cab driver was friendly.

Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice.
