We recently completed a fantastic trip to Kerala, visiting Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady, and Alleppey, all organized by Travel Triangle. The experience was truly memorable, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our journey. Kochi: Our trip began in Kochi, a charming blend of history and modernity. The Fort Kochi area, with its colonial architecture, was a treat to explore. Munnar: Next, we headed to Munnar, a hill station known for its lush tea gardens and cool climate. The drive through winding roads was scenic, and once we reached Munnar, the tranquility and beauty of the place left us in awe. We visited the Tea Museum and took a stroll through the tea plantations. The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight.The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the Kerala experience without worrying about logistics. Dear Travel Traingle, I am writing to share my feedback on our recent trip to Kerala, which was organized by your agency. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we appreciate the efforts put in by your team to make it a memorable experience. The cab provided was excellent, and the driver was punctual and supportive throughout the journey. However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative. Had a trip to Kerala in December'24. I visited Munnar, Alleppey and Varkala with my wife and parents. The experience was pretty good from Travel Triange agent. They provided Ertiga for commuting from one city to other as well as intracity sightseeing. The 2 night stay(Munnar Queen) in munnar was satisfying and upto the expectation. Same goes with the stay(The World Backwaters) in Alleppey. But the stay(Elixir Cliff - Villa Sasha) in Varkala was pathetic to say the least. It had no refirgerator, rooms were smelling very bad, weirdly there was no handle from outside in the balcony door, swimming pool was not maintained properly and I would not recomment this property to anyone. The driver from book it forget it was good. Overall, I had a decent trip top Kerala with my family. Thanks to Travel Triangle/book it forget it for making it seamless and memorable.

We recently embarked on a 7-day, 6-night Kerala trip with Travel Triangle, guided by agent Robin. Our itinerary covered Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, Kovalam, Poovar, and Kanyakumari. While the trip had its ups and downs, the overall experience was enjoyable. Highlights: * Houseboat Stay & Food: The houseboat experience was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The tranquil backwaters, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations made it a memorable stay. * Thekkady Hotel: We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our hotel in Thekkady. It provided a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the surrounding attractions. Areas for Improvement: * Munnar Hotel Location: The hotel's location in Munnar was a bit disappointing. It was not ideal for evening strolls and was quite far from the main town. * Kovalam Hotel: While the room itself was decent, the overall hotel experience was not up to par. The standard level of the hotel and the lack of sea views from the rooms were drawbacks. Overall, our Kerala trip was an enriching experience, with the houseboat stay and Thekkady hotel being the standout points. We hope that future travelers can benefit from our feedback and make the most of their Kerala journeys.

Food was delicious in all hotel stays. Special mention to the food in house boat at Alleppey. Robin has arranged a very friendly cab driver Mr. Thanseel. His driving was super good and safe. He is also very informative with the locations. We are eager to plan our next trips with the Travel Triangle especially with Comfort Destination. Mcgregornick's 4 days trip to Kerala

Our 4 day tour of Kerala was pretty good. The tour is very prepackaged with the driver taking you to the sites he thinks you’ll want to see (the same ones everyone else is sent to see) so it doesn’t suit individuals looking to get off the beaten track. For example, we stopped at the same waterfalls as everyone else, went to the same tea museum and national park as everyone else and were scheduled to go to the same dam as everyone else (we opted out). There is no asking you what you want to do or getting to know your preferences; you are treated as just another uneducated tourist to fleece. Our driver was courteous but initially used his phone a lot while driving (videos, talking and texting) but stopped after I asked him to. Our private Alleppey houseboat was clean and beautiful but the cruising part itself was disappointing. We were only underway for a total of 3 hours out of our 20+ hours on board, meaning we were docked for 15 hours, tied up to shore. You get dropped off at the boat, cruise for 30 minutes to a small shop downriver, get the hard sell on some prawns (2000 rupees a kilo), cruise for 30 more minutes, tie up at shore, eat lunch (very tasty), crew naps, after 1.5 hours stopped, you start to cruise onto the main body of the lake, cruise for 2 hours in what is ultimately a loop and return to the exact place you boarded the boat. You tie up and sit there until 9 am the next morning, despite our itinerary clearly saying we were to cruise from 8-9 am. The boat is cool but, again, you feel like you’re getting cheated out of the 5 hours of cruising you are promised. Also, when you see 50 other boats right next to you doing the exact same thing, it takes away from the experience. Being docked on shore for the vast majority of the trip, you wonder what’s the point of getting a houseboat? Hotels in the area are much cheaper and with a day cruise, you would get to see the same things we saw. The company rep did not often respond to my messages during the trip, instead choosing to ignore rather than help solve issues. Overall, Travel unbounded isn’t bad but they aren’t great either; you leave with a lackluster vacation experience.

The entire trip is smooth and the driver is friendly with us. The hotel at Munnar is very good at nice locality and ambience. The hotel at Thekkady is the worst one, did not offer complimentary breakfast and dinner, and the facilities are not good. It is more like a lodge and does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel. The houseboat at Alleppey is the best of all the experiences we had. Houseboat at Alleppey and the morning jeep safari at Munnar are the best memories of the trip.
