Overall experience was good. At Pehalgam we stayed at The Villagio as the one was chosen by us it was the best hotel. The hotel at Srinagar was Golden Sands which lacked good breakfast, dont forget to carry Shower gel, tooth brush etc. and warm clothes as they only provide a soap and Shampoo pouch and heater only from 7 to 10 and few hours in morning otherwise u have to manage with blankets. The driver Nasir was good in nature, apart from few hicups all was great and accomodating reporting to his boss every small thing .. our Tour guide Ms. Rida was always supportive, guiding us and always atttentive to our cause, even on sunday and one day where she needed to intensively communicate with transporter. We are satisfied with the response time and the services. However she did nt fulfill her promise of complimentary honeymoon package (Just a cake though) may be due to christmas eve. We had a 7 day family trip of 8 adults and 2 kids with svietnam travels. Our travel agent Jenna was great and very helpful. However, there were a few shortcomings. Overall rating of 3.5/5 Pros 1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

The Fort Kochi area, with its colonial architecture, was a treat to explore. Munnar: Next, we headed to Munnar, a hill station known for its lush tea gardens and cool climate. The drive through winding roads was scenic, and once we reached Munnar, the tranquility and beauty of the place left us in awe. We visited the Tea Museum and took a stroll through the tea plantations. The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight.The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable.
