Travel by flight from Hyderabad to Trivandrum is the fastest way to reach Trivandrum from Hyderabad. Trivandrum has one airport, The Trivandrum International Airport. You can board a flight from Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to Trivandrum International Airport. Various airlines operate between Hyderabad and Trivandrum such as Indigo, SpiceJet, AirAsia, and GoAir. You can expect the flight fares to range from 3,500 to 5,500 INR. The average duration of your journey will be 1.5 hrs for a non-stop flight and 4.5 hrs for a flight with 1 to 2 layovers.

Hyderabad to Trivandrum by train

The next best option that you can look into is to travel by train. The duration of your journey will, of course, get longer. You can expect the average duration to be 26 hrs. There are different trains that operate between Hyderabad and Trivandrum. One of them is Sabari Express which operates on all seven days of the week from Secunderabad Junction in Hyderabad (SC) to Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (TVC). The other option is Hyderabad KCVL Special which departs every Saturday from Secunderabad Junction (SC) to Kochuveli Railway Station (KCVL). The train fares can range between 1,500 to 3,500 INR.

By bus

Buses run from Hyderabad to Trivandrum are few and far between. If you are lucky, you may find an AC sleeper bus. By car

House boat on day one was not as expected. It was small compared to other possible options. No TV and no hotel water for bath. Hotel for 3rd day had no extra bed for which I had to pay seperately. Even after all the confirmation, basic things were missed out as mentioned.

We planned our Kerala trip with Travel Triangle and Wondersky Travels. Hotels for Kochi was below average, Hotel in Munnar was the only hotel in entire trip which we felt great. Hotel for Thekkady was 12 kms away from Thekkady when we finished our activities in Thekkady we couldn't explore local ma

rket as the hotel was 12 kms away from town and we had to go there. Houseboat in Allepy was of average quality. Although the houseboat staff was very polite and helpful we didn't felt that bad. Hotel in Kovalam was pathetic. The room which we got initially when we reached was very bad and smelly the linen and towels were very dirty and bathroom was in very bad condition. Our entire time for that day after check in got spoiled in bad mood. We called Sandeep from wondersky and explained the situation about room then he asked for images on whatsapp as proofs and had to ask him to change the room and all. Then he upgraded our room to a good room. The cab driver was friendly.

We visited the Tea Museum and took a stroll through the tea plantations. The Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr, was another highlight.The evening Kathakali performance and the traditional martial arts display (Kalaripayattu) added a cultural touch to our trip. Thekkady: In Thekkady, we experienced the natural beauty of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. We also enjoyed a spice plantation tour, which was both educational and aromatic! Alleppey: Finally, we ended our Kerala adventure with a serene houseboat cruise in Alleppey. The backwaters of Kerala are absolutely mesmerizing, and drifting through the lush landscapes on a houseboat was incredibly relaxing. The staff on board were friendly, and the food served was nice. Travel Triangle Experience: We opted for Travel Triangle to plan our trip, and the entire process was seamless. The booking was easy, and the itinerary was well-curated. The accommodations at each location were comfortable and clean, and we had a reliable driver who made the long drives enjoyable. Dear Travel Traingle, I am writing to share my feedback on our recent trip to Kerala, which was organized by your agency. Overall, the trip was amazing, and we appreciate the efforts put in by your team to make it a memorable experience. The cab provided was excellent, and the driver was punctual

and supportive throughout the journey. However, we faced a significant issue with the language barrier, which hindered our ability to communicate effectively with the driver. Despite assurances that the driver would be conversant in Hindi and English, we encountered difficulties in obtaining detailed guidance and instructions. We relied heavily on the itinerary provided, but unfortunately, it was not thoroughly explained to us. As a result, we had to repeatedly ask the driver about our next destination, which was disappointing. Regarding our hotel stays, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Alleppey and Kovalam. However, our experience in Varkala was marred by a delay of over half an hour in confirming our booking. Furthermore, the air conditioning in our room was not up to the mark, and the bathroom was congested. In conclusion, while we enjoyed our journey, there are areas that require improvement. We suggest providing more effective local-level guidance and ensuring that drivers are more interactive and communicative.
