Jeep Safari in Thekkady: We were advised that the Jeep Safari would be a great alternative to the Periyar Boating, but it did not live up to expectations. We later learned that the Jeep Safari in Munnar is much more enjoyable and exciting. Waterfalls: The itinerary mentioned visiting beautiful waterfalls along the way, but due to the season, we didn't see any. We were also unaware that the Athirappilly Waterfalls would have provided a much better experience. Had we known, we could have adjusted our itinerary to include this stop. Overall, I hope the agency will consider factors such as crowd sizes and weather conditions when curating itineraries, to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for guests.
