    We had a 7 day family trip of 8 adults and 2 kids with svietnam travels. Our travel agent Jenna was great and very helpful. However, there were a few shortcomings. Overall rating of 3.5/5 Pros 1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country
    and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!
