About Jomtien Beach in Pattaya

Jomtien beach Pattaya is what the Pattaya beach used to be back in the 90s. The Jomtien beach often referred to as Chom Thian in the local language is in a town of the same name located 3 km south from its world-famous cousin. While the Pattaya beach has become the hotspot for tourists and now thrives from its foreign visitors, Jomtien lives an entirely different life. The ‘Thai’ beach is home to the local Thai tourists who want to spend a weekend away from their routine lives and those from Bangkok looking to escape the hustle of city life. This small town and its 6 km long beach are more spacious than the beach of Pattaya offering enough space for everyone. Jomtien beach Thailand offers much cheaper accommodation and restaurants offering just Thai cuisine which sits well with the local population as the restaurants in Pattaya have taken their focus away from purely Thai cuisine. This southern beach is very famous among the Thai tourists and offers the foreign tourists a peek into the actual Thai culture that is not trying to woo over foreign customers for its attractions and business.

Jomtien beach activities include Watersports and are famous for the numerous sponsored water sports events held annually like the Jet Ski world cup. One can find some solace and peace in the botanical gardens and get the adrenaline pumping in the water parks. Hi team, I really enjoyed the trip. The 2 things i didn't liked is prior information of day's plan like what will be part of the itinerary. on 4 islands tour in Krabi, after reaching the island tour guide informed us that we can do the snorkling. The plan need to be known in advance to wear the ne

cessary cloths. 2nd, sometimes pickup times are very early in the morning - even we don't get good time to have a breakfast in hotel. Min pickup time should be post 8:30 AM. We have asked to get ready for pickup by 7 am. How is it possible to get ready by 7 with breakfast. We come for leisure and this early pickups are not good experience.

All the planning for the trip and travel everything went well and good. Places and the travel agency took good care and communicated properly. Only think that screwed up in while hotel booking. My package rate rent higher from 47500 to 54000 approx, just because the hotel went under maintenance, The

booking could have been shifted to other hotel immediately but the Travel agency took their sweet time and due to that the hotel rate went higher as it was peak time already, this happened 5-6 days before the trip. Which costed me 4.9k extra. But the trip went very well and peacefully, But for suggestion please avoid the above issue and follow up with the hotels and keep a backup.
