Shimla Honeymoon Package From Kolkata 3 Days & 2 Nights

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Seemakshi Thakur for orchestrating such an incredible deal for me through Travel Triangle. My stay at the "Paradise Village Resort" was truly remarkable; the hotel staff and owner exhibited exceptional humility. This experience has left a lasting impression on me, and I am deeply thankful to the Travel Triangle team, the hotel staff, and especially Seemakshi Thakur.

i can say one thing that i am highly disappointed by the way this trip went, and altogether i felt that i am at the mercy of the travel agent and helpless. Reasons:- 1. Hotel confirmed to me Lords Villa Shimla , was not available the very moment i transferred the money to your account. 2. The travel agency could not maintain the timeline till late night , although the trip was planned for early next morning. i just got her saying it will be snow lotus and reservation is on the way. around 11:30 at night. 3. Biggest surprise came when the agent asked me to pay the Cab driver (3000/- as the difference for the hotel booked( Snow Lotus Hotel 7-8 Kms before Shimla in the outskirts) for me instead of Lords Villa. I said i have paid the entire amount to travel triangle but since the driver Mr Ashok 08894647247 wont take us so i gave him 1500/- to start the unforgettable journey. 4 Best part is they sent me a voucher early morning but the hotel reception guys said they have no booking in my name till the time i reached there around 12 PM , but luckily they had a vacant room so they after speaking to the travel agency gave it to me . 5. The next day cab took me to Naldehra on the way back he asked me a stupid question ( Do i have to drop you back to Chandigarh? i was astonished i told him to talk to his owner and he agreed to drop us back. 6 On the day we had to be dropped back , driver asked me how much balance you have to pay, i said i dont have to pay anything so he said that his owner has not got money from the agent so he cannot go . then i talked to Ms Anju Thakur who was handling this trip from scrath and she told she will manage and after waiting for 1hr 30 min the driver came back and dropped me to Chandigarh. I have communicated the same to Anjali via whatsapp she was travelling back so she just noted and when the cab issue happened she was out of city however she was my connet for any problem i faced but help was far far away , she told that she will connect and update on monday , i waited but till date no revert. Please arrange to refund the money i paid 1500/- , as the same was not worth paying for , believe me travel triangle is not what i had felt in last visit to kerala its totally turned upside down . Farah was at the edge helping me in her full capacity , thanks for support. OVERALL A BIG THUMBSDOWN !!!

The trip was almost good. But the driver asked money which the company has to manage by themselves and the driver also told us not take anywhere else which is not in quotation.Also the driver skipped many places and told us that there is no such sight seen at that area, so he will not take. The driver was getting irritated if we tell us to take to some places The room that has been provided was excellent and there room service was also very good

travel agent service was very good. all the members were quite cooperative. while the driver provided on the very first day was worst. however the agent managed to change the driver after complaint. overall trip was awesome. would surely recommend kailash holiday for others. fresh snowfall in mashobra

hotel food is not so good, and hotel is far long from Tourist destination and mall road, hotel rooms are good but every time we remind them to provide service, room TV is not working, Snow fall and driver service

Hotel location was good but services was not, it was new year eve but no activity was arranged at hotel , arranged cab was form outside not aware about local places . overall service was not against total charges.

The journey was amazing.. The entire trip went off very smoothly.. The moon lake hotel is located at a picturesque location in Shimla. The staff were very amicable and gave good hospitality and driver bhaiya was very cool and experienced.. 5 star rating for the trip, journey, driver and hotel.

During trip travel agent was not picking up the calls, The honeymoon inclusions was not provided. we had a discussion with hotel staff they people said that they dont have email confirmation from agent side at the same tym agen didn't pick up the call. At last after a huge discussion hotel staff provide the honeymoon inclusions. But this thing totally making my mood off. surprise to my wife was spoiled Hotel staff was polite. Cab driver also very good.

Hi , Trip was good and memorable , travel agent(Ambika) from travel talkies was helpful and great service provided by them ......but returning from manali was'nt that much good experience ....Because the volvo we were travelling in was stinky,noisy, uncomfortable and even we were late.....we were suppose to reach do delhi by 8am but they dropped us at 10.30.....due to volvo ciz breakdown and the bus was seized by delhi police .

Hotel person were very cooperative with all need. But location of hotel is very difficult to access( No proper road for cars) Best scenic views and quality and service of foods

We had a wonderful trip at Kufri thanks to Turn on vacation. they have taken care of all the needs to make the trip memorable. The Guide and Driver were given during our trip were excellent and extremely polite. we are returning with happy memories of this lovely city and wonderful people. We would love to visit again soon. Trip with Turn on vacation, has taken good care throughout our trip. Hotels provided to us was excellent. Vehicle was maintained well, driver Gurucharan ji was an excellent driver and very polite..... And Specially Thanks To Anju and Sandeep and Team...

Booked it through Ideal Tours. 2 day 2 night trip to Shimla for 2 people. Enjoyed it. Shimla is a beutiful place to visit during winters. The pros and cons of the trip were: 1. Hotel - The quality of Hotel and room could have been much better for the price paid. I was assured a room with balcony and great view but my room didn't and the window opened on the side of the building and had view of adjacent trees and building rather than the valley. I was told that Hotel Royal Vista Shimla is a 3 star hotel, but that turned out to be a dissapointment. It was located around 6 km from Shimla. The room was very small, hardly 12 ft by 8 ft. Even after i requested and argued with the agent, i couldn't be alloted a better one. The wooden almirah had moulds inside. The temperature in shimla dipped to -3 celcius at nights, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a room heater (it should be a standard facility in rooms in a '3 star hotel', especially in winters). The bathroom was good, but only a soap was available in terms of toiletries. Food quality in the hotel was good, even though variety was limited. The staff was courteous enouigh. 2. CAB - We were given a swift dezire cab for travel and sightseeing, which was clean, well maintained and driver Mr Rohit Thakur was very good and soft-spoken too. 3. Sightseeing - On first evening, we went to Mall Road, Shimla on christmas eve, and thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully lit buildings, the church, viceroy's palace, and the shimla valley view from there and the cold weather was just the icing on the cake. 2nd day, we went to Kufri, and travelled to Mahashu Peak on horseback and also visited Kufri Fun World. Later in the evening we proceeded to Chail and visited the famous Kali Tibba Temple. On the 3rd day, we visited Naldehra and Mashobra, and enjoyed our horseback trip there in the tranquil atmosphere. In the afternoon, it started to snow., which we were waiting for our whole trip. To sum up our sightseeing experience: Mall Road is a must go but go in the evening around 5 pm and stay till 8-9 pm to enjoy it fully. The souveniers, clothing, etc available there are overpriced so i wouldn't suggest buying anything from there. Kufri is just a overhyped, especially Kufri Fun World, you can avoid going to Fun World, as it is just like any other amusement park. The best places to visit are Naldehra and Mashobra. The crowd is less and the whole atmosphere is more serene and peaceful. 4. Overall Agent Experience: Satisfactory. The agent tried a lot to get me good hotel options, but he couldn't in his own budget, due to it being christmas weekend. Rest everything was well arranged.

Vary good experience and excellent service from traval triangle and adbhut bharat.I will definately plan my future trip with the same agent.Apart from some unusual events like our car got a puncture in start but after that all was good. Visiting monkey point in kasuli and sunset point,Shimla Mall road,kufri.chail palace,mata Kali ka tippa Overall scenic view were excellent in Shimla,chail, and Kasauli.
