Starting trip to Munaar, hotel Dream catcher, little bit interior from munaar city but hotel located in middle of tea garden close to nature. Room and food provided there was nice. Enjoyed lot in munaar, I will rate 4. Next one Tekkady not much sight seeing options available there. Rooms and food in the hotel Coffee Bungalow was nice. Vl rate 3.5. Next one is house boat Shivaganga, bedsheets and towels provided were not clean, found lot of lizards in the boat, found lit bit scary. Food was very good and crew members were cooperative. I vl rate 3. Cab and driver was cooperative and took us to nice places. Finally travel agent was very good and helpful in finding the options.

I required 4 hotels among them 2 was of my choice which were just awesome (4&5 star hotels) and the rest 2 which I asked the travel agent to book. In the itenary it was mentioned that it’s 3&4 star However they had no standards... houseboat was provided where wooden particles were falling from roof, Room had cockroaches, two different beds with sepratable mattress were provided and it automatically creates a gap, which means 2 people cannot sleep together on bed. Many more issues faced...

It was my first visit to kerela and after research I chose to go with 7C Destination. The whole trip went smooth and the driver was very kind. He very well took care of our requirements and took us to all the points and gave us enough time to enjoy and rejuvenate at different points. My agent Ranjith kept in touch all the times right from planning my itinerary to accomodating my adhoc requests and was very prompt at replying. Me and my wife are very happy with our trip to Kerela. It was a wholesome experience in the God's own country. Allepey house boat was a much delightful experience and unique in its own way. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. It's a must do for all visiting kerela

Munnar and Thekkady were great. But experience in Alleppey was not good. We book a luxury house boat but the service provided by them was very bad. The agents should not book services with such house boat companies. Everything from check in to check out in the houseboat was bad experience.

Interesting 5 days through the nature of Kerala. Nice driver and houseboat crew, one of the best meals on the houseboat. Car and houseboat under expectations (or we would have upgraded if we had known), hotels very good but our own choice and upgraded. all in all a good experience!

The cab driver was very professional and helpful. The travel agent also helped us whenever we required. Just the house boats could have been a better one. As we were promised a great experience but the services were not that premium as charged.

It was a great trip of our honeymoon. Kerala is a very beautiful State, it’s really a ‘Gods own Country’. Travel Triangle give us a good package for this trip. Hotels/Resorts is very good, cab driver is well behaved. Houseboats experience is another level. Thanks traveltriangle.

The package provided was good but however the hotel given for one of the place(Periyar nest in thekkady) was horrible and looked nothing like I have seen in the pictures. For amount charged it was a very bad experience. Also the agent(Bharati) I booked the package with initially mentioned that an year end discount would be applied on the package but later said instead of discount she had added some complimentary stuff for our boat house stay which upon arriving at the house boat was never mentioned again, that was definitely disappointing. I would’ve just liked the discount instead of these false offerings.

We had booked for 2 nights in Munnar, 1 night in Thekkady and 1 night in Allepey houseboat. There were multiple sub-par experiences for us with this travel agency in this trip. Firstly the agent confirmed to us at "The Leaf Resort" was available and made us complete the payment. Because of the agent's confirmation we did not go ahead with other quotations shared by other travel agents. After payment, the agent told us that "The Leaf" is no longer available and we had to choose an alternative hotel. Due to this delay some other good properties also got sold out in the meantime. On the day when we reached Munnar, we were informed by the property that our room is not available due to a "short circuit" issue due to rain which supposedly happened only in our room and no other rooms were impacted. The agent helped us booking an alternative hotel but the room was very basic and didn't even have AC, fan or a balcony. After this the stay in Thekkady was fine and we did not face any issues. In the end we were scheduled to spend the last night in Allepey houseboat with all three meals included. I had explicitly checked with the agent about the checkin time and she had mentioned it would be 12 pm. But in the morning we got a call from the property saying that the houseboat will be available after 4. We had to reach the location and wait for almost 2 hours before we got our houseboat. On speaking to the property owner, he said that at the time of booking itself he had mentioned that boat will be available at 5 to the agent, but this was not communicated to us by the agent. Because of this we got the boat 5 hours late than what was committed. And also because of this there was no lunch provided which was part of the package. There were also multiple instances where the agent was not available and not taking our calls when we were faced with all these logistical issues. We have booked via travel triangle in the past and never had any issues but this service was extremely disappointing and we may not consider booking through travel triangle again

We opted for 4N/5D trip that covers Munnar(2days),Thekkedy(1day),Kumarakom boat stay(1day). Lalith from back2travels suggested very nice stays and he is so patient and answered all our questions and clarified all doubts. He also gave us a good deal when compared to other travel websites.Cab Driver "Martin Joseph" is with us in the whole trip.He is a nice photographer, guide and an all rounder.Coming to the places , we visited Cheeyapara, varala waterfalls, tea museum,Mattupatty dam etc in Munnar. Don't miss pottas farm yard where you can feed fish and it's a different experience feeding fish on bamboo boats. On the way to Thekkedy we visited spice gardens and elephant camp.Kumarakom Boat stay is normal and don't expect too much scenic spots. Also the stay is very normal. My recommendation is to book a resort which is deeply rooted in the nature to experience the beauty of it.Normal resorts doesn't give you much happiness.Kerala is a place where we have to stay in a nature resorts for a week and enjoy the sounds of nature.

The process of booking for the trip went smooth and everything went good and had good memeories except some disappointments like extra charges for the zeep ride about 4000rs which was charged from my parents(as i planned a trip for my parents) which was not mentioned before, i didn't like it making them spend. They should have mentioned it before so that i would pay for it, felt awkward knowing that.

The overall experience was pretty pleasant. However, the accommodations could have been better with respect to the breakfast options available. The resort in Munnar didn’t provide eggs for breakfast at all and the food was served a little cold. Moreover, the resort in Thekkady didn’t provide all facilities properly and the service was not up to the mark. The location of the resort in Thekkady was disappointing. I expected a better location with better service. The boathouse was the highlight of the trip and my family truly enjoyed the experience. The driver was very skilled and helped in maintaining a pleasant trip. The Boathouse in Alleppey.
