We were also unaware that the Athirappilly Waterfalls would have provided a much better experience. Had we known, we could have adjusted our itinerary to include this stop. Overall, I hope the agency will consider factors such as crowd sizes and weather conditions when curating itineraries, to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for guests.
