Too much miss communication between driver and traveltriange. He didn't know that we are traveling with pet. nto issue, he was continuously asking the due amount from us because he had not got full payment and for this we had to connect with travel agent and driver supervisor to clear many things which we were not supposed to. Resort experience was really good but the miscommunication between driver and travel agent had made the experience somewhat bad. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed

poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless.
