Bannerghatta National Park Timings (Coorg)

The timings of Bannerghatta National Park are from 9:30AM to 5:00PM. The national park is open to the public on all days of the week except Tuesday.

Zoo

The zoo was built in the year of 1971 in order to offer picnic facilities to people of the region. Housing a variety of birds, mammals and reptiles of around 94 species, this place can be a great attraction for wildlife enthusiasts.

Grand Safari

To make the most of an excursion to this national park, it is recommended to enjoy grand safaris here. One can enjoy Lion Safari, Tiger Safari, Bear Safari, and Herbivore Safari. Bannerghatta National Park safari timings are from 10:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Butterfly Park

Have a great rendezvous with the ‘Flying Jewels’, in this national park housing around 48 species of butterflies. Sprawled over 7.5 acres of land, this park has a butterfly trail of approximately 1 km of length.

Best Time to Bannerghatta National Park

The best time to visit Bannerghatta National Park is from September to January when the weather is pleasant and ideal for safari and exploring the park. Avoid visiting Bannerghatta National Park during the monsoon month as frequent rains might hinder your plans. You can also visit during the months of summer season is from March to June but the temperature can be a bit humid and hot during the day time.

nto issue, he was continuously asking the due amount from us because he had not got full payment and for this we had to connect with travel agent and driver supervisor to clear many things which we were not supposed to. Resort experience was really good but the miscommunication between driver and travel agent had made the experience somewhat bad. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed

poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless.
