a huge shout out to our driver Touqeer he was professional and yet friendly. Guided us properly throughout the journey. Without his pro driving skills we would have end up in big trouble in the snowy evening of Pahalgam trip. Hats off to the whole team Fathima, Shadid and Touqeer. Thanks making our trip to Kashmir so memorable. Will surely visit again with Kashmir Heavens team. Thanks for everything. We were travelling to Pahalgam from Gulmarg and on the way heavy snowfall started. We enjoyed a lot initially. Created a lot of memories but soon it became a nightmare when we got stuck on the road for more than 10 hours due to roadblocks. It was a thrilling night. But Touqeer has managed to somehow drive in the slippery road and finally we reached Pahalgam without any major issues. It was a night to remember forever.

p time and driver requested for car cleaning from us which got sorted out later. This system put driver into issue, he was continuously asking the due amount from us because he had not got full payment and for this we had to connect with travel agent and driver supervisor to clear many things which we were not supposed to. Resort experience was really good but the miscommunication between driver and travel agent had made the experience somewhat bad. And most of the time we paid for driver's meals and he demanded money for food also. So that was unexpected. Good resort We enjoyed with our pet
