I booked a recent trip to Leh Ladakh with Tripita and we've had a great stay and a well planned itinerary which helped us to cope and adjust to the altitude changes quite well. It was a great experience and we've had a time of our lives. Would love to book with them again.

Overall a very nice trip as planned ...and followup by the agency was exemplary When the return flight got rescheduled...the help provided by Stanzin the driver of our Car was immense...hats off

I am particularly not happy with the fact that TravelTriangle is deducting extra charges on use of debit card for online payments. Such charges don't prevail in any portals if its debit card but do exist if using credit card. On reaching out to Lazy Yatra coordinator, they have put the entire blame on Travel Triangle on such deductions and only travel triangle can return the extra Considering this and below points, it would be good to have some equivalent money reimbursed on the same. I understand that mistakes happen but i am willing to let it go if you suitably reimburse and recommend your services to my friends who are now asking me for travel reference to Leh. Other points were: 1. Out of 4 hotels that I stayed during the trip, the Misty hills cabins and Shanti nest hotel were the only ones that had professional decorum to provide bottled waters and rooms were quite ready to occupy. 2. I was very specific to coordinator Mr.Akhil to provide hotel rooms near or within Leh market for my last day but it didn't execute well. 3. Some of the places listed in my itinerary have been under renovation for months but still such places were included and I eventually didn't visit that place. 4. Guru residency even charged for 2 water bottles that were provided on my first day stay at hotel which should have been complimentary. No welcome drink was provided. Regards, RM 9677212048

The Leh trip was well organized and everything was delivered as promised by 1point 5billion inches, the hospitality was top notch. We did not have phone network however we did not face any issues due to the same. Dorge our cab driver was really kind and helpful. Thank you travel triangle for connecting us to 1point 5billion inches and ensuring everything was smooth.

Overall extremely awesome experience with Mili group.Had so much fun. Driver was good specially Jigmit is super. So clam n cool. He ensured we reached on time to all the location. Our overall experience of the trip was nice. The travelling services were good. However the hotels which we booked were not given and other property of the same hotel owners were given as per what we were told. Other than the confusion regarding the stay the trip was good.

Travel experience with Tripita - was good . Hassle free check in and check out and responsible person was taking care of everything beforehand. hotels given - Yasmin- was great and they have very good service along with breakfast and dinner. Taste was good and they have varieties and food. De nubra- was also good and we enjoyed the stay there. The service and people were too polite which makes stay more pleasant. Ladhak inn- hotel was good but the room service and food was not at all good. Need to improve there menu and service time. Shefali as travel consultant-was great, she helped to understand the itinerary and the rules followed by government. Also she arrange everything before time as a result we didn’t faced any issues.( she would have given me some good discount

We had an amazing time at Leh, all the hotels were decent, the driver was super friendly and the itinerary was well planned by Ankur from Cesta. Thank you Travel Triangle we had a great time.

The experience was good for a trip with limited time for arrangements. The cab driver and hotel managers were very friendly. Pricing could have been more reasonable.

Everything was exceptional except for Stay at Pangong lake, which was horrible, no water connection in the room be it in handwashing or in commode, no flush, no power after 10pm, While the host went out of their way in providing bucket of water, and being extremely courteous, somehow the arrangement does not fit for tourist Both Stanzin our driver and Shifali from Tripita were exceptional. All other hotel, travel planning was just great.

It was a great experience in Leh and Ladakh and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Although there were some hurdles because of rain and landslides which caused reschedules but everyone from the team, especially Shefali was really supportive to ensure that we are safe and sound and enjoy the trip as well. Experience of hotels provided: Although we had different hotels booked for different places but we stayed at one place only because of rain and landslides but we didn't regret missing out on other places as Shangaylay Place was really good. The food was delicious and we highly recommend it for its service. The veg pizza and veg cheese Maggie should definitely be tried from their menu. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was mouth watering as well. Experience with Shefali as the travel consultant: Shefali was always proactive and quick to respond. She managed everything smoothly and ensured we had a great trip. She checked on us as well from time to time to ensure we receive best service and are safe and sound. Highly recommend Shefali as the travel consultant. Experience with Driver and Transportation: 5/5

The travel experience with Tripita was excellent. There were no hiccups during the entire trip. The hotels were very good. Especially the one at Leh and Pangong. Shefali was very reachable whenever we had any concerns. It is always good to have a bankable travel agent when travelling to a different climate. The best part of the trip was the driver. We always felt safe wherever we were. Yes, we would definitely book again with Tripita.

The trip was awesome due to seamless arrangements by the travel partner. No hiccups faced anywhere. Exemplary service offered by the travel agent right from the airport. The vehicle arranged was a Xylo. Initially we had our apprehensions however it was belly bell maintained. The driver was helpful and with good driving skills. No rash driving experienced at all!!! The hotels were clean and hygienic. The food offered was more than reasonably good. Overall a satisfying experience
