The tour was awesome. Cab was very good with an experienced polite excellent driver. Mr. Mahjnderji. Hotels Jaigarh @ Jaisalmer was excellent .Sun Desert Camp @ Jaisalmer is awesome with activities. Mandore Guest House ambience very good. Our Travel agent Kingsland Holiday planned very well for us. Thanks to Mr. Rohit of Kingsland Holidays for his excellent planning & execution. Few improvements suggested. Jaigarh hotel kitchen service to be improved especially in the morning by 7.30 a.m. Delay in the morning observed. SunDesert Camp tried to push us to some other property and we had to fight with him to get our reserved tent. Mandore Guest House...Rooms infrastructure to be improved. For eg. Bathroom door could not be locked from outsidevjn room no 112.. No provision if towel rod in bathrooms. Jaisalmer war Museum brings an impact of patriotism while entering. Awesome Desert camel ride & Jeep ride . Enjoyed the cultural activities at the derser Camp. View of Jaswant Thada, baby Taj mahal is beautiful with it's white colour view. The paintings at Mehranagar Fort are breathe taking. Umaid Bhavan pictures are very nice. Enjoyed the traditional sweets of Rajasthan such as Gewar, Malwa Kachoori & Shahi Samosa

The trip to Rajasthan was very well planned out. Naman was a great agent and was flexible to our various needs. Our driver Radhyeshyam was also great and very prompt and knowledgable about the area,

For first 2 days in Delhi, the cab driver was very ill-mannered, non-cooperative. He didn't want to take us places due to parking issues which was his only job. Didn't have manners to talk to ladies. But our agent Aman helped us out and arranged for an upgraded cab with a polite, cooperative driver which made rest of the 4 days delightful. Aman was very polite, attended us throughout- before and during our travel.

The package we got was worth and we had some good experience and had some bad experience from the package. Hotel provided in Delhi was not good i can say because the water was salty and it was very difficult to take bath, wash the face. No service in hotel and complementary breakfast was at its worst. It was so dirty the place we had morning breakfast. Hotels provided in Agra and Jaipur were good and we are happy with that. Best part in the package was the driver we had with us for this trip. Vehicle had some problem as it was old but still we were ok with the travel part. Special thanks to driver Inderjeet. Overall i expected the hotel provided in Delhi should have been taken care as we specifically mentioned during our booking.

The stay in Jaipur which was given in first two days was not upto the expectations. it really looked amazing in the photos but it was not the same , hotel rooms can be cleaned neatly 2. Welcome gesture of the driver is poor. Not even a hello with smile. 3. Driver was not aware of Rajasthan City. He didn't had answer to most of the questions we asked about Rajasthan. It will be good if you provide a driver who knows the basics of city. 4. In jodhpur hotel, people were not ready to give a complimentary breakfast early (7.30 or 8). Every day travelling was more, and breakfast was not ready early and driver denied to drive in the late nights ( 9pm ) so we had to leave few places from itinerary. This was disappointing.. 1. I had a great time in Rajasthan. Everything was as per the plan by the agent. Just a bit unhappy with the hotels. Need to mention that the best part of the whole booking is our Cab driver (Saleem bhaai). He was so experienced, disciplined and extra generous. One extra star for him! Jaipur explore.

I would like to give an honest feedback. Highlights:The hotels in jaipur and agra were good.Also many good places were covered(as we were insistent and proactive) The delhi hotel was ok and was in the interiors.. Lowlights: The driver and vehicle were not good.He drove well.But from the very first day he seemed to be lazy.He was reluctant to come till indo Canadian parking and asked us to come to.some place by bus.Aftet telling him that we have luggage and kids, he came to the parking.The vehicle was not good although they mentioned luxury tempo traveller. It didnt even have curtains. Also enroute agra he stopped the vehicle to fill air and lost some time.In jaipur, he woke up only after we all got ready n told alarm didnt ring..Last 2 days we lost so much of time..We couldn't see Taj that evening and next day we reached delhi very late. Also he stopped at Amber Villa opp to chauki dhani pestering us to go there..Hardly few ppl were there.We insisted to go to real chauki dhani and he took us..We finished our sight seeing in short time and he was very reluctant to drop us to shopping area..He and a guide took us to a shopping complex in jaipur where things were costly n no bargaining allowed..Street shopping is a part of exploring city and what is his problem in that.. He took money from us for the expense and waited in agra for more than an hour to get it from.someone..it was later transferred to.us..But do you think it's a good idea to take money from us..We have to take again from.atm for our expense..Very bad... And on last day..at delhi hotel..they asked us to pay saying that they dint get money from Traveolla yet.Later travels told its bot credited due to internet issue..Why cant those guys call and sort it out without putting us in trouble.. Why are the drivers not paid in time and it will definitely affect their morale.I think that's what happened here.We made the full payment before trip. On last day he dropped us in delhi hotel and we only took uber to airport..( the vehicle was not allowed till drop area..we agree ) Overall he seemed to be a lazy fellow and not at all interested in work.He was calling continuously the travels guys and asking for.money..Traveolla is not good as we expected. Bookings were hazzle free and hotel stays were good.

My trip and points were well planned - Thanks to Garimaji. She is always present and available whenever required. Best Things (Unexpected help from Garimaji) My plan got changed in last moment and she arranged a hotel that to in good price range. Good Points: 1) Hotel in Delhi was really awesome 2) Arranged Cabs 3) Sightseeing points - all major and important points we could see in Delhi, Agra, Mathura 4) Food arrangement in Agra Hotel and food 5) Food was amazing in Delhi hotel- although service was slow, it must be due to rush time and all the things were getting prepared when ordered What could have been better: 1) The driver partner 2) Service in Hotel 3) One day instead of Innova we got old and bad conditioned Ertiga, and the driver never ready to show us more than 3 points on that day 4) On next day although promised for Innova at 8.30 - we need to fight for it till 10.15 am 5) The location was good for delhi hotel but the road was too small and ca driver were not ready to come to hotel gate What I didn't like: 1) Cabs keep on changing 2) Few drivers were really pathetic- didn't feel like they were to show us sightseeing 3) Hotel Manager in Delhi 4) Hotel in Agra - location wise good, but condition wise really bad
