Ladakh was an awesome experience. Would rate the driver and Leh hotels 5 stars for their service friendliness and customer care. Experience at Kashmir is better forgotten due to poor driver experience who practically spoilt the whole experience. Travel agent - Cesta is very good. Responds fast and delivered what he promised!

Our trip has been a memorable one, thanks to Cesta Journey, they are one of the most professional travel agents available on travel triangle. They have followed up with me on daily basis and have enquired about the hotels, cab and food. In Dharmshala we have to change the hotel as the hotel provided to us was not that good, Cesta Journey have helped us there as well, they have followed up with the hotel management and have shifted us to a new and comfortable hotel. The driver Mr. R.P Singh is one of the finest and humble human being we have met, his driving skills are the example of perfection. He is well aware of the route and knows all the places and have good contacts if you are looking to go to Rohtang. In the end I would like to extend my heartfelt of gratitude to Cesta Journey, travel triangle and Mr. R.P Singh for making this a memorable one.

We visited Ladakh for an elaborate 10 day tour at the end of April. Our tour manager was 'Farida' from SkyIn tours and travels. She helped us meticulously during planning. The thing that we liked the most was that she made sure she checked on us during the tour to make sure our trip was pleasant. I would recommend SkyIn tours and travels to anyone who wants a coordinated and pleasant trip to Ladakh

Well planned and organised itinerary, with good transport facilities arranged. Except for the Lake Victoria house boat which was the worst house boat ever seen and the hotel in Srinagar which was not up to the mark of a 3 star, rest were good. The hotel in Leh specially Grand Ladakh and Upala and Kargil were very good with good hospitality. Organic Inn and Nubra had plenty of empty rooms don't know why they charged Rs.2000/- for a date change. Overall satisfied with the trip. The drivers who accompanied us from Srinagar to Leh and for the entire Leh trip were very good and impressive. Special mention of Karma who was the driver in Leh. He was exceptional and very good.

The trip was really nice except the hotel at Dharamshala (Turkish Cottage) which was very at all maintained, full of insects and bad uncooked food. Other hotels were very good specially the one at Manali(Snow Country) where all the facilities were provided. The planning was good and well ahead of time so we could manage visiting all the places except Khajjiar which was closed by military. The driver was really good person. He took was to all the possible places of visit. Also we were blessed to see the wonderful snowfall at Manali.

The overall travel experience was awesome. The only disappointment is lack of proactivity from the agent. There were certain last moment changes to the hotels & I constantly required to follow up with the agent to have things sorted. Although the changes were managed nicely, we were always left on toes & clueless (just hoping for things to be alright).

Also a good guide throughout the trip. I prefer him when I plan for my next visit and also recommend others. Service agent's responsiveness is also good for my planned trip.

I had mentioned about my requirement for Ladakh Tour for 9 Nights 10 days to Travel Triangle. Two/three quotes were received by me from different travel agents through Travel Triangle. I had chosen Sky In Tour & Travel. The tour was from 27th July to 5th August, 2022. Right from the very first day of the booking, Nidhi from Sky In Tour was of great help. After completion of booking procedure, Farida from Sky In came into the picture. On the very first day after pick up from the airport, I made a request for change of the Innova car and they had done that from the very next day without any question asked. I must say that their skill of tour management is excellent. I did not face any kind of convenience due to their constant support. I will definitely recommend Sky In Tour & Travels for the tours in the Northern Region.

In general the trip was very well arranged. Just want to mention two points. First, inspite of having confirmed voucher our Pangong camp was changed and communicated to us through our driver and second, Internal permit was taken from 1-3 May while our trip was from 1-8 May. when we reached Tso Moriri on 7th May we were almost sent back, but thanks to the ITBP official incharge who was considerate on our request and allowed entry to us.

The trip was good and overall it was a pleasant experience. Except for the cab driver who was not cooperative and didn't inform us about the locations and the local cab pricing. The people in Kashmir are sweet-spoken but, they do charge exorbitantly for every service/product and, you need to be good enough to bargain as the price quotes were almost 10x more than reasonable. The RoadToTrip agent - Pankaj Giri was very helpful and available when needed but, contacting him at every location was not feasible. The hotel and cab arrangements were well-managed.
