Srikanth's 7 days trip to Rajasthan

It is my last minute planning to travel to Rajastan with family (Wife, One kid and Mother). Tourpedia made my trip memorable. It is great service offered by them from landing to the airport and returning back to Jaipur. I had habit of booking my own hotels and plan the local conveyance within city or inter-city. I had actually taken right decision to move to tourpedia package for Rajastan trip. It made my life easy. It would have been in very very difficult for me travel jaipur to Bikaner to Jaisalmer to Sand dunes desert to Jodhpur and Jaipur. I would have spent more money on this trip if i had not booked tour pedia package. Over tour-pedia has provided quality services. One of the 5 hotels was not good. Particular hotel took lot of time for serving the break fast. Apart from it service is very good. Driver was very old, polite and experienced. Some times driver was getting irritated easily. I have just ignored it he is like old person and common behavior. I treated him like my family member. So there is no problem. I suggest everyone who wants to go on trip to Rajastan must consider tourpedia.

The overall trip was good apart from some bad experiences. The cab driver was really good and always punctual and took care of comfort of the passengers. Hotels were good as well except one hotel in jaisalmer where i had to change 3 rooms for multiple reason. We found a rat in first room, in 2nd room washroom there were cochroaches and in 3rd room the bedsheets and pillow were dirty as well the previous garbage bag was not cleared. It really pissed of my mind. 2nd things i wanted to talk about that the travel company which has provided cab asked for 500 rs extra just for a site visit which was not under the plan but comes on the way from jodhpur to jaipur. It was hardly a 2km diversion from the main road. And aprt from that i feel the plan could have been done little better. Because most of time went on cab travelling from 1 city to other. I felt either 1city could have been removed or there should have been 1more day added. I covered udaypur, jaisalmer, jodhpur and jaipur in 7days and 6nights. I will suggest to add one more day as 7day is not enough and you need to rush to cover places which is not a good experience. Regarding shopping do your own research because driver might suggest some places which actually might be constlier and first time travellers can easily fall under this.

It was a decent trip arranged by Chirag and team, though they could have made it better by arranging an experienced driver, hotel location in Jodhpur. Made it to most of the points in the itinerary but some were missed because the driver was not aware of the location. Thankfully, Chirag got the driver replaced and the rest of the trip went well.

We had trouble in the bus provided, we had asked for a 22seater vehicle, but we got a 30 seater bus. The driver was not comfortable with the routes, he kept repeating that the bus will not go in the roads recommend ed by Google. We lost almost 5-6 hrs roaming in the cities. The travel agent sitting in Delhi does not know that the hotels he has booked has narrow roads, he should have recommended smaller cabs. Rani ki Vav is a awesome structure, I would recommend this place highly

I recently planned my Royal Rajasthan Trip from Travel Triangle and opted for Tourepedia's quote. The trip was awesome, very well planned & coordinated. Sharwan Singh managed the whole trip very well and Pratap Singh coordinated with me for the whole trip very efficiently. Initially, I doubted the execution as I was not aware of the company but must say the trip was awesome. I loved the way the trip was planned the properties were amazing, and we loved the Camel Safari, Jeep Safari. The cab driver Raju was a very well-behaved guy and his car was well maintained. I would like to start on a positive note , we did enjoy the trip and the best part of the trip was the desert camp at jaisalmer. I would agree that all the hotel rooms were neat and comfortable with our stay. On the other hand, we wasted time at Jaipur and the sightseeing at Jaipur recommended was worthless as all the 3 places were just ok roadside and could be covered easily in roughly one hour . The tripadvisor did not recommend that we visit amer fort which was worth place to visit at Jaipur . Moreover the cab drivers had some tieups with local shopkeepers at Jaipur and misguided is to shop first which took most of our time and they were really reluctant to get us to do sight seeing . In fact they took commission even at the restaurants. We could cover udaipur in half a days time and frankly there was nothing much to do there and it was just a city with a lake and not recommended at all not worth the 12 hours of travel from jaisalmer. The desert camp at jaisalmer was the best highlight of the trip and our families had a good time and taste of Rajasthan
