I took the help of Reify(Aastha) for my North Eastern trip. Right from cab, hotel, local sight seeing etc were all planned so meticulously well in advance. I really did not have to call the team during my trip since we all knew what has to be done.... Well done Aastha!

Mr. Iliash from North East Windows Travels provided exceptional trip management for our Assam and Meghalaya tour. He delivered everything he promised before we booked the package and carefully considered our preferences for hotels and food, ensuring all accommodations met our requirements. The hotels he arranged were conveniently located near major tourist attractions. One aspect I particularly appreciated was how efficiently he organized our Kamakhya Temple visit, allowing us to complete darshan with minimal waiting time. He and his drivers were extremely polite, punctual, and provided clear guidance at every destination. Additionally, I liked how he scheduled our visit to Kaziranga National Park on the last day, enabling us to fully enjoy the other locations earlier in the trip, as the park visit can be quite tiring. The team was highly professional and gave us ample time to explore each place at our own pace.

One of the best experiences I could have asked for while travelling in a group. We were able to make memories on the go and the people were all helpful and cordial. Some of the hotels and infrastructure is still under development in this part of Arunachal, hence I had low expectations. Some places were exceptional in terms of hospitality while others were not. The Travel agent was however helpful and ready to serve. Trip to Bumla, Sela Pass and Dirang

We toured the North Eastern India for the first time. Barring a resort at Cheerapunji and service by its staff, accomodation and service were top notch at other locations. Cabs were well maintained and the driver was polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming in guiding us along the tour. Kaziranga Open Jeep Safari and Dawki clear water river boating

We travelled to Guwahati, Shillong and Cherrapunji , the trip was quite comfortable. We travelled for 5 days driver was quite experienced and hostile he knows all the good places to visit and good restaurants for food, we tried all kind of food and overall, it was an awesome experience. The hotel (SJ International) in Guwahati was quite small, the extra bed taken all the space, other category of rooms was not available, even food was not good. The hotel in Shillong (Tree Top) was quite spacious but complimentary breakfast was average. Stay and food at Cherrapunji was good.

Travel agent was very nice and courteous. They were also available whenever needed. However, they were not as well coordinated as my earlier experiences with TravelTriangle. In every trip, driver was like the second tour guide. Driver and the travel agent would be in perfect sync WRT itinerary, hotels experience etc. In this trip, the driver had not met the agent even once. The same was true with hotels booked. They did not even recognize the travel agency name. As a side effect, we had several confusions including our pickup times, right places to visit on right days etc. I personally had to do sufficient research while on the trip to readjust plans, schedules etc. Another example is the last place we stayed in Tawang. While people were really nice and helpful. Agent did not seem to know that there were road closures and road repairs to reach this place from a month. We reaching there at night and struggling by ourselves to find this place was exhausting to say the least. I also expected better tour plan suggestions from the agent and alternatives. Looks like many things were taken for granted. Arunachal pradesh as a place is a beauty! Loved every place we visited. Struggled a bit with clean food options during road travels, especially we being vegetarian, but that was ignorable. Despite all this, it was a memorable trip and I will use TravelTriangle again, but will have to be more careful about agent's experience and involvement. My recent trip to Meghalaya, arranged by Traveltriangle and their agent Gaurav, was an absolute delight. Gaurav meticulously planned the itinerary based on our preferences, and the hotels and transportation were top-notch. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and the driver was courteous. What truly stood out was Gaurav's dedication throughout the trip. He remained in constant touch, ensuring everything was going smoothly and addressing any concerns promptly. His proactive approach and genuine care made us feel valued. Overall, the outstanding arrangements and exceptional service provided by Traveltriangle and Gaurav made our Meghalaya experience truly memorable. I highly recommend their services for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Visited Assam (Gawhati, Kaziranga) and Meghalaya (Shillong, Cheerapunji and Malwaylong). Overall experience was good. Positives - To my luck, the cab (Swift Dzire) was brand new and very humble driver - Babu. He made my trip extremely happening and i should mention that he is a guide cum excellent driver. Negatives - Rooms were not so good to the price. - Hotel Rituraj was good. Clean and tidy. - Tesco Resort was good. Had to change room for water problem, food was just ok. - Magvaris Comfort Inn Shillong was ok (same bf everyday), less staff and limited resources. - The_Roots_Guesthouse in Meghalaya - had a problem with checkin since payment was not done by travel triangle and had to deal with issues myself. Neither Pravin from Travel Triangle or Bhashkar from Indeman received my calls. Same happened to other travelers also. Hotel person was adamant since he had bad experience with travel agency. Not sure if i was told, but i paid for all parking myself. Entry ticket i agree anyway.

I have visited multiple places in India through multiple agents. few of them through Travel Triangle only. by far this is the least satisfied trip. since Quotation till Booking, Indeman team is very responsive but once the booking is done and 1st installment paid, started the nightmares. No response at all. they given 1st option Hotels are very good but sold-out long ago. so, obviously will give 2nd option which we didn't observe much and are far behind the 1st option hotels. in my case, they given hotel which i denied in beginning itself but said that it is there in 2nd option and why didn't you see. very rude answer. they don't respond to you for your messages. i have escalated through Travel Triangle and they are also just a gateway and don't have much control. i have struggled a lot in Tawang due to these people. Totally misunderstanding with Hotels and no co-ordination at all. Only good thing is Driver. the car we got is Old but maintained neatly. Also, the Driver is the best i have seen with lot of skill and knowledge on route, hotels etc. Except Driver and final day Hotel, rest of the trip is lot of trouble. despite multiple reminders about travelling with Child, they didn't took it seriously. I don't suggest Indeman or warn to be cautious about all the promises of Hotels, room type etc.

It was nice but fed up with frequent change od cabs. Drivers do not corporate with slight change from decided. Very rigid if u try to stop in mid way for rest or pics to enjoy trips. Travel tringle do not get in touch ones the payment made. U will be only routed towards local agent and when needed no were no reply. It was memorable experience by CAB driver when cab driver and local agent demanded additional amount to stop Cab in route for meeting some time. The answer was " Of not paid the CAB will not stop" Felt like kidnapped. During the trip all no shared by travel tringle were no reply when needed and not a courtesy call afer payment or diring trip.
