The trip in all was good, but the some of the hotels specially Aurora Guest house, the Sai Mika resort were not that great, the issue ranged location provided for Aurora was incorrect due to which a lot of time was wasted, even the contact number provided in the invoice was incorrect, the service at Sai Mika resort was pathetic, they are not equipped to handle a lot of guests, there timing for dinner orders was 6PM but the serving time was delayed by atleast 1-2 hrs for most of our orders. In all the itinerary was good and as we were family we enjoyed ourselves. The agency is average and there will not do any checks with you if you have reached, are on time, or if there is any issue in between, a general check is always required but this was not that great of an experience w.r.t to the agency, the best part for us was the driver, he was really great and made this trip very memorable for us

The hotel accommodations were good. All the places we covered - Kaziranga, Dawki, Cherrapunji and Shillong were good! Shillong itenary surely reminds of viewing the 'Scotland of the East'! Spectacular! For trips in the East, it would be good to factor the early sunset, long distances you need to travel and waiting time (places like Kamakya Temple) while planning the itenary. We had to skip lunches for continuous 3 days to ensure itenary is completed. We had to skip Orchid Gardens, Umiyam Lake and Kamakya temple which could have been avoided.

The trip to the northeast was very enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience. Due to our tardiness on the first day, we were unable to participate in the Jeep Safari at Kaziranga. We completed it on the second day, but the elephant safari was not possible because it had to be booked in advance. When planning an elephant safari, it's best to prebook it at least two months in advance through https://www.kaziranganationalpark-india.com/online-kaziranga-safari-booking.html. The rest of the day's trip went smoothly. If you're in Cherrapunji (Sohra) and the nearby areas, it's best to stay an extra day as there are many places to see. Planning it in one day will result in insufficient time to spend at the location. Dainthlenn falls and Wei Sawdong were closed. Your stay at Shnongpdeng will involve staying in a cabin room on the riverbank, but the rooms are decent. You have the option to engage in water activities there. Boating at Dawki is a better option, as the water is cleaner than Shnongpdeng. Make a day for Kamakhya temple. During christmas, all hotels will be closed except for very few that will be open, and those that will be open will be very busy. Megha from Travel Kutir met all her commitments. Imamul Ali, the driver, was polite and took great care of the client's safety.

It was one of the best trip of my life. Like mintu ji said I really did not have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care by him. We had the best driver. Best hotels except the one at bomdila( it could have been better). And the driver was also experienced and took us to every place and explained about it. We really don't have any complaints or any thing to worry about. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to contact you for the trip

This is the feedback for our 7 days trip to North East India – Assam and Meghalaya. This trip was planned and customized for us by Nikita Chauhan from Reify (Itvaar). First of all like to thank her for creating such wonderful Itinerary as per our requirement. We have taken holiday package from different travel agents but never came across such travel agent/coordinator who was approachable and contacting us daily to check if everything is fine during the trip. All the hotels suggested and booked were very good. Driver was good. Only feedback on the driver would be that he should be more communicative, and he needs to give more information about the places we visited. We had faced technical issue with vehicle AC on one day and hot water in bathroom not available in Hotel The Kalyaniz, Guwahati. Apart from these we enjoyed our trip. Looking forward to book future trips with Reify. Hoping we will not face similar issues going forward.

We booked Meghalaya (Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, and Mawlynnong) and Assam (Kaziranga National Park) tour for me and my wife with Siang Explorer. Mayurima coordinated planning the itinerary and was cooperative with all modifications we asked for. We booked taxi, hotels, and Safari in Kaziranga all from Siang. Overall, the trip went smooth without any major issue. We had two drivers for our trip, Kamal (first 5 days) and Nazim (last 2 days). Both of them did good job with driving. The issue we had with Kamal was that, he never used to say anything about the places he was taking us. We tried talking to him, but the answers used to be one word or yes/no, which was very discouraging to continue the talk. He just used to stop the car at a place and we had to figure out where he has brought us on our own (mobile network was poor in most places for us to see on maps). Initially he took the itinerary lightly and was taking us to the places of his choice, but when we stressed on following the itinerary he started doing it. However, Kamal's driving was good and he did not trouble us in any way. Our second driver Nazim was very entertaining and energetic. He used to take extra interest and stopped the car at some nice places for photos. He was saying whatever he knows about each of the places. Overall we had a great time with Nazim. The hotel rooms were good and clean all throughout our trip, except that the hotel in Cherrapunji was a little over hyped by Mayurima during our discussions, which turned out to be slightly disappointing (Kutmadan resort - No mobile network and no wifi, very far away from mainstream village, rooms were good but not as great as hyped by Mayurima. She hiked the price of the trip for booking this hotel). Finally, I would say, our trip was comfortable and satisfactory and I suggest anyone planning for a North East trip to consider Siang through Travel Triangle for their trip.

Cab driver was not friendly at all. He was driving at speed of 40km/ hr because of which we missed many places. Also, at one of the day the hotel booking was not done by ur agent and we had to wait on reception for almost an hour and finally he had done booking with some other resort. What is the point in making fake hotel vouchers.
