Hotels in Agra and Jaipur was good. The hotel in delhi could've been much better. Travel agent suggested delhi hotel and said it was the best, but its not. Cab and Driver were very good. Very polite and friendly. The only drawback is that, when we asked him to take us to local shopping, he took us to a Shop where everything was costly (probably he gets a commission from the Shop) then we had to catch a auto and do local shopping Taj Mahal visit was really awesome and the guide that the Driver arranged in Agra was really good.. the guide that the Driver arranged at Jaipur is not that great.. special thanks to the Guide we had in Agra

Overall it was a good experience, my family enjoyed it. but the hotel accommodation was a bit let down for 2 nights out of 6 nights. The hotel in Jodhpur was very good but the room booked was not as promised. The camp booked in Jaisalmer did not have proper toilets and was not hygiene. It was also informed in the camp and to travel agent. Even the food in the camp had only few options. The driver was polite.

Agent didn’t pay the money to cab driver. I had multiple talks about the same with Chanchal and it seems like he didn’t pay the full money even after completion of the trip. This was definitely disturbing while we were on the way to airport to catch the flight. Driver was helpful and a nice guy. After taking full amount from me, it is not at all fare to do this. Hotels were good expect the one in Jodhpur. All hotels were our selection within Chanchal’s recommendation so I’m not complaining about this. Ummed Jodhpur was not something we should consider.
