This discrepancy was frustrating and felt like a lack of transparency. Meals: We were informed that meals were pre-booked on both flights. However, no meals were provided on the return flight from Kuala Lumpur, adding to the list of inconsistencies. Overall Experience: Singapore: 8/10 – Well-planned and enjoyable, except for the guide/driver issues during the city tour. Malaysia: 5/10 – Poor coordination, lack of transparency, and uncomfortable travel. Flights: 6/10 – Lack of support and unfulfilled promises regarding meals. While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.
