Stevan's 6 days trip to Kerala

Overall Eric provided very good places to stay at, he made the right choices when we asked for his opinion on two different stay options. He also had good insights on where to go and the driver was knowledgable as well in terms of how to reach the location, where to stop for food and how to handle traffic. When we had a situation where the stay was not as maintained and clean as expected, Eric quickly managed the situation to the best of his ability. Overall we enjoyed our trip. Only our driver did not speak English fluently and sometimes drove aggressively, too close to other cars and that made it stressful. But this was only occasionally the case.

It was a wonderful Experience on the entire trip. Our agent Kapil Sharma is very helpful in all aspects. He provided best of his site and timely answer my all queries. He was connected with me on the entire trip that is very much appreciated. Hotels were good but the food quality and cleanliness were not up to the mark. The cab driver was good and he was not in a hurry to complete sight scenes and have a good knowledge of the area.

Overall it was a good trip, however I would like to share my feedback on some things that could have been better: a) The hotel in Munnar - Oak fields was located very far away from town and there were not many bookings in that hotel. It was mostly vacant. The only good thing about the hotel was scenic location. There were host of problems in that hotel - water supply went down on the first day, none of the bathrooms were getting water which caused us delays. Geyser was not working for both the days, hotel staff had to arrange hot water buckets. The staff was courteous and nice though b) The houseboat was fun and comfortable. We had a AC deluxe houseboat but they refused to start AC before 8 pm and it was really hot there. They said we will have to bear generator charges The food and service was really good though C) Kovalam hotel was decent with great service and food however washrooms could have been better. It had broken showers/taps D) lastly the driver was driving very slow even in highways which caused average one hour delay in every location and we missed some time on houseboat as we reached at 3 pm and we missed time on Kovalam beach He was not speeding beyond 40/50 on highways Keeping the above things aside, we had good fun at all the sight seeings .There were some really scenic locations in Munnar, kovalam and kanyakumari

Our Kerala trip was awesome. The best part was the houseboat at Allepey. The driver Dhaneesh was nice and hotel's staff were also polite and supportive. Our tour advisor Rajan has customized our package as per our request and guided a lot during the customization. He was always available on call during our trip. Well managed and especially, provided good hotels and cab. Thanks Rajan for all your efforts which helped in experiencing a memorable trip with my girl's gang. A big thanks to travel triangle, as this was our second trip arranged with them and they have very well succeeded in maintaing their quality of services.

The trip was great, we enjoyed a lot. The hotels, cab, driver, houseboat, everything was just excellent. The only thing lacking was the service in the hotels. It could be a Kerala thing but the service and buffet in all hotels was not at all satisfying.

Travel agent should share travel itonary prior to the date of travelling,he must provide advance payment to each and every service provider from whom he is taking service. Can driver should not ask for cash payment form the client. Driver should have all the details with him. Our driver make us wait at airport . Although he was very good by nature but he was not having the details where we have to visit , when I ask on second day he arranges from his owner. After paying in Advance the owner of car from the we landed in coaching ask for payment, he stops car for not making the payment to him.
