We planned our Kerala trip with Travel Triangle and Wondersky Travels. Hotels for Kochi was below average, Hotel in Munnar was the only hotel in entire trip which we felt great. Hotel for Thekkady was 12 kms away from Thekkady when we finished our activities in Thekkady we couldn't explore local market as the hotel was 12 kms away from town and we had to go there. Houseboat in Allepy was of average quality. Although the houseboat staff was very polite and helpful we didn't felt that bad. Hotel in Kovalam was pathetic. The room which we got initially when we reached was very bad and smelly the linen and towels were very dirty and bathroom was in very bad condition. Our entire time for that day after check in got spoiled in bad mood. We called Sandeep from wondersky and explained the situation about room then he asked for images on whatsapp as proofs and had to ask him to change the room and all. Then he upgraded our room to a good room. The cab driver was friendly.

It was a really nice trip. Value for money, because we booked with Oio travels we got the best of 3 star stays and that left us plenty of budget to do sightseeing and other activities. Everything was very well planned and the stays and cab booked were top notch. Would highly recommend Oio travel agency to anyone lokking for Kerala trip. One thing that could be improved was notifying about housebout in allepey, the difference between deluxe and premium. Delixe only has AC in the night and premium the whole day. If we knew about this we would have spent more to book premium houseboat. Apart from that everything was super good.

Travel agent Miss Mona from J Square is cooperative and supportive. They are new in this field so they are not much aware of hotels location and there vendors. Hotels provided were far from main town. J square needs to improve there vendors list for cabs and hotels. Though they seems to be new, they supported me throughout my journey and responded to every query unlike with other agents. Munnar

We booked Kerala trip from Back2Travels its for 6 nights 7 days. Lalit and Ansh were handling our trip. I would suggest Back2Travels should help customer in building proper Itinerary. Many important places in the itinerary were missing and as mentioned by Lalit we do go and check the hotels, then we offer customers in this I think Back2Travel should check as few stays were not good.

Trip was Ok- OK. Good experience with Kerala. Planning could have been better. I had to trave 7-8hrs Journey one day, which could have been avoided if we had reordered the destinations. I was expecting this from BackToTravel as they are experienced. Munnar hotel was best, Tekkadi hotel was good. Kovalam hotel, Nilkanatha, was very bad. There was no lift, no wifi.I shared photos with Back2Travel team. Houseboat was old and uncleaned. Not much fancy as Kashmir's Dal lake houseboat. The houseboat food was good. Fish fry with curry leaves and Sambar rice. And they arranged a cake for us. Rest was ok. Cab driver was good. Mukundan. He suggested many good things. We gave him one day off and travel to Thiruvananthapuram Padmanabh Swamy temple by our own. It was good experience travelling in the state without knowing their language. Good to interact with local people. Unfortunately, because of bad weather, we couldn't reach Swami Vivekananda rock. It was just 500 meters away from us. Overall good trip. Try to minimise road journeys by planning properly. Thanks.

Our Kerala trip was for 7 Nights & 8 Days which costed Rs.45000. The entire trip was organized very well by Robin. We stayed at Munnar (Hill Station) in Aranyaka Resort for 2 nights and that was one of our beautiful stay due to scenic view with a waterfall through balcony. The food and hospitality are amazing in Aranyaka Resort From Munnar we travelled to Thekkady its mostly Deep Forest. We got to experience Kerala's culture very closely by watching Kathakali and kalarippayattu (Martial Arts) shows. Our stay in Thekkay was in (Hotel - Crown Valley). The Hotel was good however it’s not as per what we expected. The photos of rooms on their websites and actual rooms differs a lot. Its compact even for couples. There were very limited food options in the hotel. The staff is good though. We stayed here for 2 days Then we moved to Alleppey - we stayed there in houseboat. Amazing experience in the back waters. The guy Nishad & the cook were very nice. We stayed here for 1 day The next destination was Thiruvananthapuram Kovalam (Beach Side). Before starting our journey, we got to know the resort which we had booked Soma Palm shore went under renovation. However, all thanks to Robin he arranged our stay in Somatheram Ayurveda Village Resort. We stayed there for 2 days and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality there is 10/10. The food was amazing, healthy and very much balanced with flavors. One should opt for somatheeram when visiting Thiruvananthapuram. The best part of stay in Thiruvananthapuram was visit to Padmanabhaswamy temple. Overall, we would rate this trip as 4.5/5. The only reason I am not rating the trip 5/5 is because of the driver (Nassar). He was helpful & made sure we were safe on our trip however; he was forcing us to visit the places from where he gets any profit, I believe example in Munnar he was convincing us so hard to take the Jungle Jeep Safari which was not a part of our Itinerary. when we refused the coordinator of Jungle Jeep Safari guys due to amount, they charged us, our driver busted on us stating I droved you 15kms down from the hotel you should take this safari if you want, I will pay the remaining cash. I mean who says this to a tourist visitor who has visited Kerala for the 1st time and it’s just Day 2 of your trip. I mean who is he to bare our expenses. His attitude was not good. Not just this one instance for the entire 7 days he used to only calculate and talk about money and how much Kms are wasted daily by his end. It used to give us an indication that this guy is not behind providing proper customer service but just to save his KMS and money. On the 8th dec we were travelling from Alleppey to Kovalam and our Itinerary stated that from Alleppey we need to check-in into the hotel in kovalam and post check in and getting fresh, we can travel to Padmanabhaswamy temple. However again this guy was forcing us to visit the temple while we were on our way to resort. He stated if I drop you at the hotel then I have to drove back again 15kms to visit Padmanabhaswamy temple. I mean that’s not our look out. If you have not bathed and travelled for 4.5 hours from Alleppey to Kovalam, how can you expect someone to get down in middle and visit the temple without being fresh Suggestion: Please advise this driver to let the customer enjoy their own time and not to indirectly force things in the way he wants Aranyaka hotel location
