Hyderabad Family Packages

Our Tour was well planed and managed by Ram (Sourav Enterprises). Ram was nice and polite while speaking. He used to check everyday for each site visit and made sure that each site visit is smooth. Also drivers provided by him were good and knowledgeable. In 5 days we have completed most of sites in Hyderabad. Attractions were Ramoji, Nehru Zoology park, Srisailam, Snow world sites. Thanks Ram and keep your good work.

My experiences: 1. Flight - How can an international flight booked back to back, I don't understand. The gap between both flights is 1hr 30 min. While going from Hyd to Langkawi stop over at Kualalumpur was 1.30 hrs. Now late departure of flight from hyd was delayed due to rain by an hr. At Kualalumpur one has to pass immigration & then find out which gate the flight is taking off within 30 min. Which level one has to go there is no one to help out. In fact I had to run & was the last person to enter the plane . Similarly while returning same thing happened. The flight took off late & reached Kualumpur at 20.25 pm local time. Flight departure from Kualalumpur is 20.50. practically I had to run to reach the gate. Now after reaching & when about to board the captain on technical ground didn't allow flight to take off. It's further delayed now. Don't know at what hr I'll reach Hyderabad. 2. Malaysia tour- Your DMC, Deepak has planned my trip wrongly. There was no free day in Kualalumpur. In fact if you see his itenary made for me Petrojaya tour etc was not there . As a result he kept a free day in Kualalumpur unnecessary at my cost - hotel stay & food . This was not acceptable to me.I had already intimated Nishita & Sailja of House of travels. In fact with their intervention on the last day before departing to Bali, Petrojaya tour was arranged hastily. The driver initially told me he is scheduled for airport drop only. But only after I spoke to Sailja, she managed to instruct concerned agent & hastily completed the site visit. Since the driver requested me to co-operate as he had a pick up from airport I hastily took some pics & left for airport. Bali - No issues at all. Enjoyed my stay. Suggestion - Henceforth while booking international flights do have a time gap of at 3 hrs for unknown eventualities. Further for a new person finding out the gate no where language is an issue becomes a problem . Distance between arrival & departure dates are quite long distance not to speak of immigration formalities. Apart from above trip is excellent.

I am from Hyderabad and had contacted Raunak from Wanderbirds online. At first i was a little hesitant in booking from someone online, but as things went forward i can vouch for this guy. Always available on call and ready to help at every point. I must have called him everyday on my trip to NewZealand for something or the other and the response was quick all the time. The trip was very smooth and every minute detail was taken care of and planned well. I am from Hyderabad and had contacted Raunak from Wanderbirds online. Submitting the review here but its being removed 2 times by Travel Triangle (or globalskyways) because of the poor rating. There is no point in asking for review, if you want to delete. As its deleted again, i have the only option to post on Google now There is no zero rating, otherwise zero is the most appropriate. Unable to submit with 1 rating.. so trying with better rating, but its not actual rating. Oversmart in maintaining average rating on portal. If you give any lower rating, the portal will restrict you from submitting with message "mandatory fields are not filled" . And the customer care people will also not answer your mails. Submitting average rating just to show my review visible on portal. Unfortunately struck with these guys(Global Skyways Distant Destinations) for my family vacation to Bali/Gili from Hyderabad, India. We were 2 families with 4 young kids. Hotels were booked by us on our own, so ignore the hotel ratings. Without hotel ratings , I could not submit the review, as its a mandatory field. 1) Change of itinerary at the last minute without informing until asked: The unique thing that i liked(before confirming the booking) for choosing these guys was the planner took extra step in optimizing the time by taking us from Gili to Nusa Penida to save a day. But, that didn't happen because they did not book the tickets on time and ended up as a regular plan(similar to all others) 2) The responsiveness was Worst (even before trip started) They initially promised to give the vouchers at least before 3 days of start date. The initial payment was done. But, its unbelievable that they have given the vouchers AFTER 4 days of trip START (i.e. we were already in Bali and had our couple of days tour) They promised us that they will send us the details by the time we land in KUL(lay over) but they were not attending the calls, not responding on WhatsApp. Made us frustrated with no proper response on phone, WhatsApp during our flight journey also. At a particular point of time , we lost hopes that these guys will really send any driver /vehicle to Bali airport. Though they promised that they will be responsive (even on Sunday) , simply they ignored our calls/messages and when we asked them next day... they simply mentioned "We don't respond to calls on Sunday and we respond to messages(which they didn't even follow)" . TRAVEL TRIANGLE guy is another waste role in this game, he also did not answer any calls, but he was calling for payment. 3) At last, after multiple messages and unanswered calls, they messaged us the driver details when we are about to land in Bali in next 3-4 hours. When we came out of the airport, the display board was there , but the person was somewhere. We have to roam around to get mobile signal/internet spot to call that guy. Though it was mentioned by these guys that a 10 seater vehicle and a luggage carrier vehicle will arrive at airport. It was only the 10 seater vehicle came to airport but NOT the luggage carrier. (fortunately, we could adjust all our luggage in the same vehicle). After dropping at hotel, we missed our kids food parcels in vehicle and realized the same after 20 mins. When we asked that driver to come back and give the kids food, he asked if he can give it the next day . When i mentioned its for kids and need it ASAP, he asked for some money to comeback and handover that parcel. Had to negotiate and give some money to him. The vehicle was OK , but there are water drops falling from the AC on to the rear seat passengers. 4) Threatening attitude on 1st day completion: We did not complete the balance payment , as the coupons itself were not provided and few of the agreed inclusions were missing from they revised itinerary(s). When we asked them to correct the itinerary to include the originally accepted inclusions, they started messaging us at midnight that they were going to STOP their services because we did not make the payment. When we spoke strongly , and explained them its their fault, then they accepted to continue the services from next day. 5) Though we mentioned them that a) we can make the payment only when we are in hotel and b) GPay wont accept payments more than 1L at one transaction, they still sent us the payment links for amounts more than 1 L and calling us multiple times on international roaming asking for payments. Even then the inclusions were not added in the final itinerary. When the call was unanswered as we are at a visiting place, they were calling the driver immediately asking if we are with him and mentioning about payment to him (cheap attitude), though we mentioned them we will make the payment after a) inclusions are properly added b) when we reach hotel. 6) When the payment is kept on hold (because above reasons), it seems the case has been escalated and then the SO CALLED Travel Triangle was also calling and tried asking how is the trip. Then i asked him if he is still ALIVE because of he was NOT RESPONSIVE AT ALL, WHEN NEEDED. he was preaching me that "Whatever is the case you should not say like that Sir.. " 7) Candle light dinner : Though we were asking for beachside candle light dinner(on our wedding anniversary) since starting, they have arranged a candle light dinner in garden within the hotel lawn. The food was also not so great and it was a limited & fixed menu. 8) Don't go for these guys: Though the price is little costlier when compared to other service providers, we went with these guys as the originally provided itenary was saving a day for us. But , that didn't happen , so its waste to pay extra for these guys. They are irresponsible, no ethics, no standards. They create mental tension till the last minute. Better avoid TRAVEL TRIANGLE itself, as they are useless and helpless when needed. Anyone can connect with me personally, if more details are needed. I could describe only half of the story here. PS: I am writing this review after 4-5 weeks of coming back from the trip, to see if my view on these guys will be changed over time. But, i can not see any positive even after 4 weeks. So, writing this to help others to make alternative arrangements and to have a peaceful vacation. Nothing from these guys

We a family of 3 from Hyderabad and planned a trip to 2 places in Thailand - Phuket and Krabi. When we contacted Travel Triangle, we were introduced to few of their partners and we finalized with Clipago as their response was prompt and clear. We were Vegeterians and our son is 8 years old and we were particular on hotels based on our food requirements. Mr. Sarit from Travel Triangle was very supportive and always reachable for any query or support. Mr. Prashant from Clipago had lot of knowledge and he planned our travel well and also advised on how to manage time there. He made all arrangements of hotels, Transport, tickets to certain parks as part of tour iterinary. Appreciate his dedication. He was always available on whatsapp for any query during most part of the day and even nights on few occasions. In Thailand, Mr. Rohit was very prompt in support and he used to update us about next day's plan by a day in advance was also available early mornings for any call. Mr Mukesh was also good in co-ordination. We did not face any issue. The transport vehicles were always on correct time. The boat trips were also on time during island tours. On one occasion, there was a delay in return during boat travel due to heavy rain but of course, weather is not in our control. Whatever was planned before the trip was executed during the trip. Leh Ladakh is beautiful and perfect place for summer vacations. We had 6N and 7D trip and complete itinerary was planned by Trip Trial/ Travel Triangle. We reached at Leh from Hyderabad on 28th May and left on 3rd June, 2022 in a group of 4 persons. We spend first 2nightsat Leh, 2nights at Nubra valley, one night at Pangong Lake and last night again at Leh. During entire trip we haven't face any problem. The journey was well architect and scheduled. The hotels were upto our expections. We had very comfort stay n good food at Hotels. One extra mattresses, breakfast and dinner were included in our package. We enjoyed ice/snow at khardungla pass during onwards and again at Changala pass during return from Pangong Lake. It is life time memorable event of doing rafting at Shyok River at Nubra valley. We enjoyed camel riding, ATV drive, beautiful Sand dunes and world longest Zip lining at Hunter/Nubra valley. The visit of Turtuk, Thang villages and Indo-Pak LOC is always memorable. We spend beautiful evening at Pangong lake and stayed wooden cottage. The drivers drove slow and safely. During entire stay he was a local guide for us. He covered all the site seeing points and explained their importance nicely during the trip. We are very much satisfied with Mr. Yugal Senani, a trip advisor. He was always available on call as and when required. He hasn't missed any of our call unattended. We got excellent service and support from Mr. Yugal and the we developed good repo a faith on each other that will certainly help us for coming trips. At last we had very good, safe and memorable trip. Thanks to Mr. Yugal, Lobsang and entire team of trip trial/ trip triangle. We will see you next time for further trips.

It was nice trip to Thailand .we were group of 4 people travelling from Hyderabad. The brother duo of satyaveer and mukesh did great job.

I have been approached by multiple vendors and I have finally selected Dream Yaree Travels even though the quote for slightly higher compared to other travel agents. I was there in Kashmir in the first week of April with my family. To my surprise, Dream Yaree have changed my plan of stay from the first day itself. Initially, while booking the confirmation, they have given me first day of stay in Srinagar, but when I reached there, they have given first day of stay in Pahelgam. I reached Srinagar at 12 PM and I reached Pahelgam at 5.30 PM.. Entire day was wasted because of the lady with whom I spoke in Dream Yaree travels. Her version was, there were no bookings available on that day in Srinagar.. this version comes as a surprise ONLY after reaching there. The hotels were good but Dream Yaree promised me that they would arrange an additional bed but it wasnt the case. I did not even complain to Dream Yaree as I already lost hope in these people by that time. Hotel wise: Hotel Sparrow in Pahelgam is a very nice new hotel for stay although its nearly 10 KM away but worth staying there, Food is also very tasty. The Travel plan they give while booking has completely changed after I reached there. For any tour, the Cab driver would be the person with whom we spend lot of time travelling, I was provided Travera vehicle.. The driving was very slow and costed us lot of time on road rather than in hotel or in tourist places but the behaviour and guidance of Driver (Mr. Mushtaq) is excellent. To summarise, I had a very bitter experience with Dream Yaree and the owner of it has called me and apologized for miscommunication from their end but by that time my 1 year of planning for the trip has gone wasted.
